The following survey will take between 45 and 60 minutes. If you agree to participate, you don’t have to answer all of the questions but we do ask that you consider each question carefully and answer as honestly as you can. The questions concern a broad range of topics, including some personal ones about your childhood, your relationship with your parents, your religious upbringing, and your attitudes to social issues.
The data collected from you and other subjects are kept confidential. Analyses of data are done on groups of participants, generally divided by age-group and/or sex, not on individuals. Individual privacy will be strictly maintained, and not reported in any form – including future publications. All published data will be reported by group.
If you have agreed to participate in this study, please understand that your participation is always voluntary. You have the right to withdraw at any time without penalty. Additionally until the data have been submitted for publication, you have the right to withdraw your consent and have your individual data withdrawn from the group data. You may also elect not to answer any particular question(s) in any of the questionnaires without incurring penalty.
